The starch of Maranta Arundinacea Linn or arrowroot is  easily digested and very nutritious. These high-fiber cookies melt in your mouth and contain Calcium Carbonate which absorbs acids in the stomach.
The arrowroot starch is considered as one of the highest form of starch due to its high alkaline property.

Ingredients: Uraro starch, egg, refined sugar, and margarine.
